The tenth edition of the Atlantic Dinners was held in Tbilisi, Georgia, on May 28,2011 on the occasion of the European Week. Under the effective presidency of President Mikheil Saakashvili, the participants adressed the themes “Democracy, Progress and Innovation”. Following panel discussions, this dinner, which was held at the Presidential Palace, welcomed international speakers including Anand Giridharadas, columnist at the International Herald Tribune; Baratunde Thurston, Co-Founder of Jack&Jill Politics and Director of Digital of The Onion; Bassem Bouguerra, Tunisian activist and blogger and Ekaterine Zguladze, Georgian Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs on Police Reform.
